I got these to replace the plain snap-together plastic shower rings I was using.
1. they are noisier than the plain plastic rings
2. they don't seem to be easier to pull than the plastic rings
3. you have to bend them pretty far to get them over a curtain rod; one of mine broke in the process (but there was an extra one in the kit, so okay there)
4. they are definitely easier to work with when you're changing or washing your liner, as the outside curtain just stays on the hook

These shower curtain hooks were a lot less expensive on Amazon than the local bath or hardware store, however, while installing them, 2 broke in half!!! Kept and used the remaining rings anyway but buyer beware.

I mean there is not really a whole lot to say about this simple product. I opened the package and they looked exactly as pictured. I took them out, put them on my beautiful shower curtain and its been bliss every since. They didn't break, they don't look cheap and the price is reasonable. I say .. go for it !!
