I SO should have listened to the other reviews before buying. But of course, hoped that nothing wrong would happen. The item itself is beautiful, the quality of wood is very good. It arrived timely. However, one of the central pieces is completely wrong, with half holes in the wrong places. It does not match anything; it looks like whoever was drilling them was on crack or something. Now my husband's birthday is coming, and here we are without a bar, with a huge bulky thing just sitting in our basement blocking everything, and we look ahead to a major headache of talking to customer service, waiting for the right (hopefully!) part and re-assembling. Great! I don't understand why with so many customers reporting the same problem, the company did not improve quality control. BAD business.

I am very happy with this purchase. I wasn't expecting quality for this price but it seems like it's pretty sturdy and the wood is real and not particle board Ikea crap.It folds and unfolds smoothly enough and doesn't seem like it's likely to tip over.
I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived Monday afternoon. That's what I've come to expect from Amazon and their stellar service. It was well-packaged and included everything it was supposed to.
Putting it together was definitely a challenge at times. Especially when you attach the folding, hinged back part to the center column. Not only do you have to negotiate hinges becoming unhinged but you have to line up several posts to holes which can be maddening all by yourself. Much easier to have a second person to guide the posts into the holes while you hold it all together. It took me just under two hours to complete by myself.
Overall I am very happy with this wine bar and it looks great in my rather small dining room.
Planning a small wine tasting party to welcome it into my life.

This thing is a pain to put together, but its a real show stopper when entertaining. Its the perfect height and there is lots of storage for glassware and bar tools. Well worth the money
